Most policies or certificates include a 10-day look-back period* and during this time, you have the option to request a cancellation of the coverage and a refund of the premium, less service fees. If you are unsatisfied with the details of your policy/certificate terms or decide you no longer need the coverage and you're within the 10 days from the purchase date, please contact the ViCoverage support team to submit your request.
