The quickest way to access your policy is to create a free account with the ViCoverage Customer Portal:
Visit customers.verticalinsure.com.
Sign up using the email address associated with your insurance policy
(This is usually the same email you used when booking with your rental vendor.)Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
View your policy documents
Download or print your certificate of insurance (COI)
See coverage details and dates
